How It All Began

From being a Chartered Accountant to becoming a Wellness & Movement Coach, my journey has been one of transformation and self-discovery. As a former national-level athlete and dancer, I’ve always believed in the power of movement. Today, I help people reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and find balance through mindful, holistic practices.
